It has cherry brown surfaces. Peruvian brown wall panels. A serving hatch for dinner.
You are 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, and Avenida de América metro and bus station.

What we liked the most
- The living area opens onto a brick balcony.
- Sliding doors let in lots of light; it feels more spacious than it really is
- The bathroom has a new shower and wood paneling.
- You have a queen-sized bed and lots of light in the bedroom.
- Swimming pool. Summer. Enjoy.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no television, cutlery, oven, or bedside table. You have an electric stove, though, so cooking is no problem.
- The apartment is small, but perfectly formed.
