Neighborhood information

The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Atocha. It is known for its close proximity to many of Madrid’s famous museums, such as the Reina Sofia and the Prado. It is a great location for travellers due to how close it is to Spain’s biggest train station – Atocha. This area is within walking distance to Gran Via, as well as Retiro Park, where you can find the majority of Madrileños exercising or just enjoying a walk in the park.

What we liked the most

  • Both bathrooms have been recently renovated with new toilets, sinks, and showers – the en-suite bathroom is larger than the first bathroom.
  • The kitchen is great! It's equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a lot of storage space, and amenities for cooking. It also has an island with two stools.
  • There is natural gas heat and water heater, as well as two portable A/C units.
