Small but comfortable 26 sqm one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. The property has one bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and is fully furnished with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay.

Located on the ground floor of a building with no elevators. The door to access the apartment is located at the back of a hallway, adjoining an interior patio that is shared by all apartments. As you enter the property, you will find the living room/kitchen area. The toilet and bedroom are located at the back of the apartment.

The kitchen is small, but modern and highly functional, being equipped with a sink, electric stove, washing machine, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, pots and pans, plates and drinking glasses. The living area has an electric heater, table and chairs, a flat screen TV and a double sofa bed, perfect for hosting guests. There is plenty of storage and a window overlooking an interior patio.

The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, bidet and a mirror. It also has a cabinet and a shelf to store your toiletries and towels. There is a window overlooking the internal patio.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an electric heater, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and plenty of additional storage. Linen is provided.

There is an electric heater in the living area and also a second electric heater is available that can be moved to be used in both the bedroom and bathroom. The water heating is electrical. There is no doorman, elevator or parking available in the building. Smokers are welcome but not pets please. There are ropes available to dry clothes in the internal patio, or a portable rack is available to use inside.

There is an additional charge of 40€ per month for internet, 70€ per month for electricity, and 20€ per month for water bills.
