This beautiful one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the happening La Latina neighborhood. La Latina is not only home to one of the biggest outdoor markets in Madrid, El Rastro, but it also houses some of the best nightlife the city has to offer. The kitchen has been renovated with new appliances. The bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of storage space.
The updated kitchen contains a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and ironing board. The living room has a sofa, a coffee table, flat screen TV, and lots of shelf space. The living room opens onto a small balcony. The bedroom has a unique large double bed with a large closet and minimalist decor.
