Landlord Policies

This landlord requires a security deposit of 1,5 MES months. It will be returned once the keys have been returned, all of the bills/expenses have been paid and all of the possible property damages and their costs have been deducted from the safety deposit. The rent may be paid via bank transfer or in cash, along with monthly expenses, if not included in the cost of renting the residence, prior to or within the first three days of each month. If rent is not received within this period, a 7% surcharge will be added to the rent and every week tardy as well. The landlord’s full policies and conditions can be read in their rental contract.

Sol is surrounded by streets with all kinds of shops. A great area to reside if you don’t want to get bored, enjoy continuous activity, and be in the center of it all.
