This 45 m2 studio apartment is located on the second floor of the building. You may drive your clothes on an individual drying rack inside the apartment. The apartment has heating and air conditioning. The rent is €675 if the lease is for more than one year and €775 if the lease is between 120 and 365 days ( 4 months to one year). The rent MUST be paid via bank transfer. The minimum lease for this apartment is 120 days.

This modern studio apartment is located on Calle Valverde in Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant (and ofne of the world’s most hipster) neighborhoods. The apartment is ideally located in the crossroads of Chueca, Malasaña, and Gran Vía, making it perfect for those wanting to have a modern space in the center of all of the action. The apartment has an area of 45 m2.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a massage shower and plenty of storage space
- An ironing board, iron, and personal safe are included in the apartment
- The kitchen is incredibly modern with beautiful lighting, with a dishwasher (an amenity often not found here in Madrid!)
- The living/dining room is an excellent place to watch TV, entertain friends, and make a home office using the fold-out desk
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is located in the bathroom
- There is a Murphy bed (a bed that you pull down from the wall). The Murphy bed is a double bed
- The couch can also fold out to a double bed
- The landlord doesn’t speak English
- The price of rent depends on the length of lease

- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

The landlord does not speak English. As previously noted, the rent on this apartment depends on the length of the lease. If the lease if for at least one year or more, the rent will be €675 per month. If not, the rent will be €775. A €1000 security deposit is required upon move-in. The security deposit and rent MUST be paid via bank transfer.
