This lovely 40 sqm apartment is fun, bright and full of character. It offers one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and a beautifully decorated living area with a balcony. This exterior apartment is located in Caravaca street, in the sought-after Lavapies neighborhood, right in the heart of Madrid. You will love this unbeatable central location, perfect to make the most of everything the city has to offer, with great nightlife, shopping and restaurants right in your doorstep.

What we liked the most

  • The living area is really welcoming featuring a comfy black sofa, a flat screen TV and a balcony overlooking the street.
  • The apartment receives lots of natural light.
  • There is plenty of storage space available throughout the apartment.
  • This home is fun and vibrant. We particularly love the funky and colourful kitchen and bathroom, and the detail of the disco ball in the living area!

Things to keep in mind

  • The bathroom is accessed through a sliding door in the kitchen.
  • The kitchen doesn't have an oven, but it has a gas stove with four elements.
  • The bedroom doesn't have any windows, but it has some lovely French doors that open into the sunny living area.
