Details

This apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator. It has air-conditioning, single electric heating and electric water heating. The price of rent includes utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating and Wi-Fi), bed linen and towels. There is an optional cleaning service available at a cost of 50€. The apartment has a safe box to store valuables and you can request an electric water heater, a crib and a stroller at no extra cost. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment. Iron and ironing board are also provided. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month) and the maximum stay is 330 days (11 months).

Neighborhood information

Salamanca is known as the wealthy neighborhood in Madrid’s center, with some of the most exclusive boutiques. The Milla del Oro (Golden Mile) of streets, Calle Serrano, Calle Ortega y Gasset, and Calle Velázquez are Madrid’s most expensive and three of the ten most expensive streets in all of Spain. Salamanca is one of the few parts in Madrid with an urban structure, with square parallel streets where you can find a mixture of hip restaurants, expensive stores, and more unique boutiques on other streets such as Calle Goya, Calle Lagasca, Calle Claudio Coello, and Calle Ayala. As it was built as the aristocratic neighborhood, the architecture tends to have a 19th century bourgeoisie feel. Heading South on Calle Serrano brings you straight to Retiro, which is one of the largest parks in town. Last but not least, Salamanca is also home to the IE Business School which is ranked among the top 10 business schools in the world.
