What we liked the most
- The kitchen, living room, and the dining area have an open layout, creating a spacious feel.
- The flat is like an open canvas: tenants can decorate the apartment to their taste!
- The living room has a big sofa with a coffee table, flat-screen TV, and shelves.
- There a plenty of storage space in this 30 m2 flat; there are 2 built-in wardrobes (one in the living room and the other in the bedroom).
- The living room has an A/C unit to keep tenants cool during the hot summer months of Madrid.
Things to keep in mind
- Though compact, the apartment is well distributed.
- The bedroom does not have a door.
