Salamanca is well-known for its brand name stores and upscale feel, but this apartment is located on a more tranquil street and has a local feel. Being situated in the nice area of the city, tenants will feel safe even at night. The apartment for rent is fully furnished, including a sofa bed, TV, and dining table, and would be perfect for professionals or couples looking for a relaxing and comfortable home to come home to after a long day of sightseeing or working. As the IE Business School is a 17-minute walk from the flat, this flat would be ideal for those studying at this famed institution. The total area of this property is 38 m2.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is new and fully furnished, allowing tenants to simply move in and start enjoying their new city.
  • The living room area is well-furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and a window-side dinning table.
  • The bedroom is simple yet sophisticated, with one wall painted a soft shade of grey.
  • The bathroom is quite modern and has a small wardrobe to store cleaning supplies. It also has a heater to keep you warm when you get out of the shower!
