There are two air-conditioning units, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom featuring a bathtub. In this cozy exterior flat you won't have any trouble finding space to organise your personal belongings, with several storage options throughout the house, including a walk-in wardrobe with shelving. This fantastic apartment is located on Lerida street, in the neighbourhood of Tetuan, within walking distance to Nuevo Ministerios station and the Santiago Bernabeu football stadium.

This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator and has a doorman working on-site. It has air-conditioning for cold air and heating and electric water heating. The price of rent includes council tax only. Utilities costs (water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi) are additional. Parking and cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge. The minimum lease for this apartment is 90 days (3 months), but there is an option to stay for less than 3 months with a different monthly price. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • As you enter the apartment you will encounter a bright and cozy living area furnished with a TV, a sofa and an elegant glass dining table with four chairs.
  • The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a storage unit.
  • There is additional storage space in the living area, with a cabinet and a bookcase where you could keep books or other small items. There is also a walk-in storage room where you will find the washing machine and could be used to store cleaning equipment and other larger items such as suitcases.
  • There are air-conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living area.
  • The apartment is located within an elegant building complex with lovely landscaped gardens.
