This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator and has a doorman working on-site. It has air-conditioning for cold air and heating and electric water heating. The price of rent includes council tax only. Utilities costs (water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi) are additional. Parking and cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge. The minimum lease for this apartment is 90 days (3 months), but there is an option to stay for less than 3 months with a different monthly price. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • You will love the added comfort of living in a modern apartment with new appliances and furniture.
  • The bright living area receives tons of natural light via a large window which overlooks the street. Furniture within this room includes a sofa, a dining table with 3 chairs, a bookcase and a TV situated on top of a cabinet.
  • The cozy bedroom has two beside tables with drawers and a large built-in wardrobe.
  • There are air-conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living area.
  • The bathroom is modern and has two large mirrors providing you with a comfortable space to get ready to start the day in the mornings.

Things to keep in mind

  • Kitchen utensils and bed linen are not included, but can be hired for an extra 60€.
  • This apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street, however it doesn't receive much street noise.
