There is a metro station 4 minutes from the apartment, or if you are planning to get a car while you are in Madrid, you will be pleased to know there is an option to hire parking space. This stylish interior flat has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area where you will also find the washing machine, central heating and air-conditioning. The total floor area is 35 sqm.

This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator and has a doorman working on-site. It has central air-conditioning, central heating and electric water heating. The price of rent includes council tax only. Utilities costs (water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi) are additional. Parking and cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge. The minimum lease for this apartment is 90 days (3 months), but there is an option to stay for less than 3 months with a different monthly price. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • You will love coming home to the cozy living area where you can sit back and relax in the sofa and watch some TV. In this room you will also find a bookcase, a dining table with 4 chairs and a small balcony overlooking a courtyard.
  • The kitchen is located in the living area, but it can be fully closed-off behind some wooden doors to create a cleaner look.
  • There is a large built-in wardrobe and a bedside table with drawers in the bedroom.
  • The apartment is very silent, as it doesn't face the street.
  • The modern bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, a bidet, a sink with a large mirror above and a small bathtub.

Things to keep in mind

  • Kitchen utensils and bed linen are not included, but can be hired for an extra 60€.
  • There is no oven in the apartment, but there is a microwave and an electric stove.
