This gorgeous interior flat is located on Lerida street, in the neighbourhood of Tetuan, approximately 4.5km north from Puerta del Sol, and within easy access to the metro, train and bus networks, allowing you to reach all corners of the city using Madrid's efficient public transport system. One of the nicest features of this flat is that it is located within a stylish apartment complex with beautiful shared gardens. Being able to look outside your window and see a green space is a privilege in a big city like Madrid!

This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which isn't equipped with an elevator and has a doorman working on-site. It has air-conditioning for cold air and heating and electric water heating. Parking and cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge. The minimum lease for this apartment is 90 days (3 months), but there is an option to stay for less than 3 months with a different monthly price. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or the dryer.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is brand new and immaculately presented. It has large windows and white walls throughout, creating a feeling of space and amplitude.
  • The open plan kitchen and living area has been designed to be a room where you can relax and enjoy, whether it is while having a quiet movie night with the family or entertaining friends over dinner.
  • Both rooms are equipped with two single beds, two bed-side tables and a built-in wardrobe providing you with drawers and hanging space for your clothing.
  • There are 4 air-conditioning units, 2 in the living area and one in each bedroom.
  • There is a spacious storage room where you can keep empty suitcases or other big items, allowing you to keep your home comfy and free of clutter.

Things to keep in mind

  • Kitchen utensils, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, TV, towels and bed linen are not included, but can be hired for an extra 60€.
  • There are 2 single beds on each room, but they could be joined together to create a double bed.
  • Both rooms overlook the street and the apartment is on the ground floor, however your sleep won't be disturbed the road is not too busy.
