This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator and has a doorman working on-site. It has air-conditioning for cold air and heating and electric water heating. Parking and cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge. The minimum lease for this apartment is 90 days (3 months), but there is an option to stay for less than 3 months with a different monthly price. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or the dryer.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment has lots of style and charm, with sloping wooden ceilings with skylight windows setting up the cozy atmosphere.
  • There are 2 air-conditioning units, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. These can also be used as heating units during winter.
  • The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has two built-in wardrobes providing you with a comfortable space to organise your personal items.
  • The kitchen comes with an oven, an electric stove and a microwave, allowing you prepare a full meal or a quick after-work snack. There is also an extraction fan and a window, so you can air the room after you cook.
  • There is a washing machine which is also a dryer within the apartment.
