Situated right in the heart of Salamanca district, this one bedroom apartment for rent is fully furnished with everything you might need. It's ideal for couples as you will be just a few minutes away from the beautiful Retiro park, perfect for evening walks and morning runs. You can also enjoy exploring the nearby boutiques and adore beautiful buildings as the district is one of the wealthiest in Madrid. The apartment is extremely comfortable and the landlord even allows pets. You will also find plenty of bus stations and metro stations nearby that will allow easy access into the city centre.

This building is equipped with an elevator. The apartment has A/C for heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on the strings in the backyard. Wi-Fi is installed on the property, however it is not activated. Tenants have the option to activate the Wi-Fi through the landlord or through a company of their choice.

What we liked the most

  • The flat for rent has a very well-equipped kitchen complete with an oven and even a dishwasher! It also offers plenty of counter space and storage to keep all your food and utensils.
  • Being an interior, the apartment is very quiet and boasts as a very relaxing space.
  • The bedroom comes with a built-in closet with many shelves and chest of drawers.
  • The neighborhood of Salamanca is very safe and tranquil, so you'll feel secure at all hours of the day!

Things to keep in mind

  • Though an interior, it receives plenty of light, creating a very welcoming atmosphere.
  • The kitchen is right at the entrance for a quick food access when you come home from work or university.
  • Please note that the current price is based on stays longer than 10 months - if you wish to rent the apartment for shorter stays, please ask for the price.
