What we liked the most

  • This 1 bedroom apartment for let is very close to Atocha and Retiro park - perfect balance between nature and being connected o other parts of the city.
  • The living room is very comfortable, with sofas and chairs where you can relax after a long day. You will also be able to use the dining table. The living room sofa also turns into a comfortable double bed.
  • The bathroom has a cosy bathtub and a large mirror.
  • The kitchen has a beautiful window looking onto the living room. It's fully equipped with plenty of cupboards where you can store your things.
  • The bedroom has a double bed with a large storage area where you can store all your things.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen doesn't have an oven, however, you will be able to use a fully functioning microwave.

To pay on move in

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
