This modernly furnished one bedroom apartment for rent, located right on Plaza de España, consists of a bright, fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bedroom with a king size bed, a spacious bathroom and a comfortable living room with a dining area. The pet-friendly apartment has all utilities included in the rent and is ideal for a couple or anyone that would love to stay close to Madrid city centre and have easy access to Puerta del Sol and Gran via. Though very central, worry not- this is an interior apartment and thus very quiet! The tenant will also have access to plenty of nearby parks that are perfect for running, having picnics or even practicing yoga. On top of that, you'll be able to find many restaurants and cafes in the area along with plenty of stores on the always busy Gran Via. The area of this apartment is 56m2.
What we liked the most
- This is a perfect place for those wishing to stay close to the city centre. We really like the surrounding area - you'll have easy access to plenty of parks and many of Madrid's attractions, including Palacio Real, which is just a few minutes away.
- With fifth-floor views, modern furniture, all utility bills included in the rent and a great relaxing atmosphere, you got it all with this apartment!
- This apartment also features air conditioning, ideal for Madrid's hot summers. Trust us, you'll be glad you have A/C.
- This apartment is also pet-friendly so you are welcome to bring along your animal companions.
