What we liked the most

  • The apartment is within walking distance of Madrid's most famous and stunning park, Buen Retiro Park.
  • The 2 bedroom apartment is located very close to Manuel Becerra, a nice plaza and transport hub in an exclusive area of Madrid.
  • Guindalera is very safe area of Madrid, arriving home late at night will not be a problem!
  • The apartment is very spacious and luxurious and is still quite close to the heart of the city.
  • The flat comes with central air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the summer months.

Things to keep in mind

  • The two bedroom apartment only has one bathroom, but the bathroom itself is very comfortable and well furnished.

The apartment is located 10 minutes from metro station Manuel Becerra, which is on Line 2 (Las Rosas to Cuatro Caminos) and Line 6 (Circle Line). Access to metro line 5 (Casa de Campo to Alameda De Osuna) is available from Ventas station, a 10 to 15 minute walk from the apartment. Access to line 4 (Argüelles to Pinar de Chamartín) is available at Lista station, about a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

Bus line 2 (Plaza de Manuel Becerra - Avenida de Reina Victoria of Madrid) is available from Manuel de Becerra plaza, a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
