This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located is located in the very upscale area of Salamanca in Madrid. It is decorated with red and black theme and all the common spaces match colors. Despite being in the interior of the apartment, the property receives a lot of light which reaches throughout the house. The property also has a great terrace complete with a table and chair and an overhead umbrella in case you want to sit in the shade. For those of you who bike, it is also a great place to keep your bicycle and extra equipment in the privacy of your own home. The property is 120m2 and the surrounding area, Salamanca, is the most posh area of the city. You'll find everything from boutique stores to gourmet shops!

Salamanca is considered, unanimously by madrileños, to be Madrid’s most prosperous city with its New York-style grid of roads and the “Milla de Oro” that is compromised by the streets Calle Serrano, Velázquez, and Ortega y Gasset, which are three of the most affluent streets in all Spain. Although not everything is designer, many of the side streets in this part of the city have unique boutiques and hip restaurants. It has a 19th century bourgeoisie feel, endless shopping options, Madrid’s most famous park el Parque de Retiro at the end of Calle Serrano, which is a walking distance away and close to la Puerta de Alcalá, and the IE Business School campus right around the corner.
