The location couldn't get any better for those wishing to live in the city center of Madrid: a few minutes from the Sol train and metro station, the lively area of Chueca, and the hipster district of Malasaña, you have everything and anything right at your doorstep! The property measures 60 m2 in area.

Centro: The geographical center of Madrid and Spain is the Puerta del Sol and here you’ll find an endless amount of activity all day and night. The square itself serves as the meeting point for groups of friends and the majority of touristic sites such as the Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Mercado de San Miguel, and the Catedral de la Almudena can be found in close proximity. Other areas of note in the Centro district are Huertas, also known as Barrio de las Letras (the city’s literary quarter) due to its distinction as being the home of many of Spain’s Siglo de Oro authors including Cervantes, Lope de Vega, and Quevedo (with streets being named after them). Two emblematic places are the Plaza de Santa Ana and Calle Huertas, with plenty of bars to lure you in. For those wanting to be in the heart of all the action, this is the place for you.

  • Despite being central, the 1 bedroom apartment is quite spacious at 60 m2.
  • You'll have AC in some rooms- trust us, you'll appreciate this detail in the summer months!
  • The bottom floor features white brick walls that add a rustic touch to the apartment.
  • We love the winding staircase that lead to the brightly colored bedroom!
  • The kitchen is compact yet offers a lot of storage space.
  • The bedroom area has a ceiling window where tenants can look up at the blue Madrid sky!

Things to keep in mind

  • The upper floor has low ceilings, which may be inconvenient for some.
  • The couch shown in the photos and video will be replaced with a sofa-bed.
  • The windows face the exterior, so you may get street noise in the living room. Thankfully, the bedroom is upstairs and tenants will be protected from unwanted noise.
