Spotahome is proud to present a quiet and beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment, located on Calle del General Pardiñas in the luxurious neighborhood of Salamanca. The interior apartment is fully furnished, consisting of a small kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area with AC and a beautiful bedroom with a bathroom, equipped with a bathtub. This 41m2 apartment is ideal for students as well as professionals who wish to live close to Retiro park and be located nearby metro and bus stations that can easily take them to work and universities in just a few minutes. You will also be surrounded by restaurants and cafes, as well as supermarkets where you can do your weekly grocery shopping.
What we liked the most
- You will be living in the luxurious district of Salamanca, just a short walk from the beautiful Retiro park.
- The apartment has an air conditioning unit in the living room.
- The bedroom has a large wardrobe and storage units for all of your belongings.
- You can access the bathroom from the bedroom - here you will find a bathtub, along with a washing machine.
- The living room is spacious, complete with a large sofa and a dining area.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, however, you will have access to a microwave.
- Please note that the current price is based on stays longer than 10 months - if you wish to rent the apartment for shorter stays, please ask for the price.
