You will be located nearby plenty of metro stations that can take you into the city center in just a few minutes and will live just a few minutes walk away the relaxing Retiro park. This flat is also great for anyone associated with the IE Business School, as it is less than 15 minutes walking to their campus. The area of the apartment is 56m2.

This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed on the property, however it is not activated. Tenants have the option to activate the Wi-Fi through the landlord or through a company of their choice.

  • You will be able to use air conditioning during hot summers.
  • The apartment features stylish, bright furniture, as well as plenty of storage for your belongings.
  • You will be living in the posh neighborhood of Salamanca - just moments away from Retiro park and with plenty of nearby metro stations.
  • This apartment is pet-friendly!
  • The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the IE Business School

  • Please note that the kitchen is small and does not have an oven, however, you will be able to use a large fridge and a fully functioning microwave.
