This interior flat is perfect for anyone wanting to live in a central location and have a comfortable home. Bedroom 1 comes furnished with a double bed, a great wardrobe for your belongings and a desk that can be folded and put away, allowing for extra space in the room. Bedroom 2 is quite similar to Bedroom 1, however it features a single bed, there is storage above the bed, as well as a wardrobe, providng plenty of space to store anything. The living room has a large comfy sofa, as well as a table that can be put away when not in use. As an added bonus to this 40m2 apartment, there is Air Conditioning available in most of the rooms, great for beating the heat in the summer days.


The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building that is not equipped with an elevator. There is electric heating and single electric water heating. Clothes can be dried on an individual rack inside the flat.

What we liked the most

  • Air conditioning is available in most rooms of this apartment.
  • The kitchen has great appliances, especially the large refrigerator.
  • The living room has a comfortable couch and a table that is fold-able, allowing for more space.
  • The fold-able desks in both bedrooms allow for extra space in the room.

This apartment is very close to the Lavapiés metro station, which has service for Line 1. The La Latina (Line 5) and the Embajadores (C-5 and Line 3) metro stations are also very close by. Several bus stations are within a short walk and include service for bus numbers 18, 23, 35, 60, M1 and N26.
