Throughout the apartment there are parquet floors, thoughtful decorations, and very large windows that let in plenty of light. It is cozy but comfortable and would be a great apartment for a young couple.
This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. You can dry your clothes on a rack inside the apartment or on a line over the patio. WiFi is installed on the property and it is activated. Cleaning is every 10 days. The monthly limit for utilities is 60€ for electricity.
