This apartment is fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms, however one of them is currently being used as an office and is not furnished with a bed. It features parquet floors and a cozy living and dining area with a large and comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. The bathroom also has a bathtub.

This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on a rack inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is not installed on the property. The rent will vary depending on the duration of the stay.

Transportation

There are several bus connections from Aravaca to Moncloa, including one that stops almost directly in front of the house. From Moncloa you can take the 3 metro line throughout Madrid's center. The Aravaca train station is also located just 15 minutes walking from the apartment.

Aravaca, to the northwest of Madrid, was annexed by the city in 1949. It is a residential area, with an upscale suburban feel, however it is only located 9 km from Puerta del Sol in the center of Madrid. This area is perfect for those needing to get to western suburbs like Pozuelo de Alcorcón, Majadahonda, and Las Rozas de Madrid, and it is generally well connected via public transport.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment has great amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and television.
  • The third bedroom makes for a great office, study area, or studio.
  • Aravaca is a very safe and well connected neighborhood, however it is also a great affordable option.
  • Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed and Bedroom 2 features a single bed.
  • The rental price is quite affordable.
