This bright and modern two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located in the residential area of Hortaleza. Situated on Calle Agustín Calvo, this exterior flat for rent comes equipped with air-conditioning and central heating, ensuring comfort all year round. What we liked the most

  • There is one full bathroom and an extra toilet room
  • Bedroom 2 has bunk beds that can be put away when not in use, adding extra space in the room.
  • Air-conditioning is available in most of the rooms, a great amenity to have in the hot Spanish summers.
  • Bedroom 1 is bright and is equipped with a double bed and has storage space in the built-in wardrobe.
  • The kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer, stove-top and oven.

The apartment is close to metro station Pinar del Rey (Line 8), which is only 2 stops away from the well connected Nuevos Ministeros (Line 6, 8 and 10 and Trains C-2, C-3, C-4, C-7 and C-10). The flat is also near the Esperanza metro station which has service for Line 4. There are several bus stations within walking distance that have access to bus numbers 9, 72, 73, 87, N2 and N3.
