Located on Calle Orense, this exterior apartment is situated in Tetuan neighborhood and is just a short 15 minute walk to the famous Santiago Bernabeu stadium, home of the Real Madrid football team. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator and ample counter space for preparing meals. The couple friendly bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a built-in wardrobe for storing your belongings. Not only does this flat have access to a rooftop pool, there is air-conditioning and central heating, ensuring that you will have comfort in any season all year-round. The floor area of this apartment is 70m2.
