The 45m2 apartment, complete with a balcony, consists of a sunny living area, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom and a kitchenette. With the city centre just a 30 minute metro ride away, this is a perfect opportunity for anyone who prefers to live close to the Berlin Park and have easy access to other areas of Madrid, including its universities.
