The current prices reflect 1-4 month long stays. The price for stays over 5 months will decrease by €50, and by €100 for a complete university year-long stays.
The landlord requires additional fees upon arrival for stays longer than 9 months, starting on the 19th of September. Please check the Landlord Policies carefully.

This residence is located on the fifth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. Meal service is available for additional 100€ per month.
The residence is just moments away from Moncloa metro and train station (L3, L6) and Argüelles station (L3, L4, L6) is a 2 minute walk away.
The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires 1 month rent as a deposit. Rent can be paid by cash or bank transaction. The landlord only accepts female students or postgraduates - male tenants are only allowed during July and August.
Tenants booking for 9 or 10 month long stays starting on the 19th of September onwards will be charged a fee of 250€. Bookings made before 30th June are exempt from this fee.
Overnight visitors will be charged a fee of 30€ or 40€ per night (breakfast included), depending on the room type.
