Neighborhood information

This neighborhood sits between the posh shops of Salamanca and the hip, fashionable neighborhoods of Malasaña and Chueca. It is full of designer shops, gourmet restaurants, artist hangouts, and classic architecture. It’s considered one of the premier places to live in central Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • The residence hall has some extra amenities: a meal, laundry, and cleaning service giving you an ideal student experience
  • There is plenty of storage in all of the bedroom

Things to keep in mind

  • This is a residence hall and not a traditional apartment, meaning that there’s no living room and dining room
  • The residence hall is exterior, meaning that there is plenty of light that comes in
