This colourful residence hall is modern and immaculate throughout. It offers three room types, large and medium single rooms and double rooms equipped with twin beds. All rooms have their own desks, big built-in wardrobes, central heating and air-conditioning. Shared amenities include several bathrooms, two living areas, a laundry room and a large kitchen. This stunning residence hall is conveniently located on Maria de Molina street, in the elegant and safe neighborhood of Salamanca. The world renowned IE Business School is only meters away, making it a perfect options for students of this establishment. Other amenities within a close proximity include the Natural Science Museum, Paseo de la Castellana and countless shops, bars and restaurants.
This residence hall has central air-conditioning, central heating and central water heating. The price of rent includes council tax, bed linen, daily cleaning, sheet and towel exchange once a week, meals from Monday to Friday and utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating and Wi-Fi). The minimum lease for these rooms is 30 days (1 month). You can dry your washing using the dryer in the laundry room.
