This property can be found in Arguelles. Arguelles is the perfect mix of residential and commercial. The neighbourhood is full of elegant buildings that retain classic architecture. As the University of Complutense is close by, this area has its fair share of student population. Arguelles’s most notable monument is Plaza de España, a large square with a statue of Spanish writer Cervantes. The neighbourhood is safe and fairly quiet, but it has good links to transportation and there are plenty of nightlife options within walking distance. This area is borders the Parque del Oeste (which connects to Casa de Campo via the Teleférico) and the Templo de Debod; needless to say that there will always be an opportunity for an outdoor activity.
