The 120 m² apartment is fully equipped, complete with sunny common areas, an air conditioning system, and a parking space. Each room is wonderfully decorated and full of storage units.

The apartment lies in the Rios Rosas area, just a short walk from Gregorio Marañon station and Nuevos Ministerios. You can find anything you need nearby – from shops, restaurants and cafes to sports complexes, IE Business School and Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Many central locations, including Puerta del Sol, are just a few metro stops away.
