Rooms for rent in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom exterior apartment in Tetuan. The large 78m² apartment features wonderful and fully furnished communal areas, perfect for spending time with your new flatmates.
You will be living in the multicultural area of Tetuan, close to Alvarado and Cuatro Caminos metro stations. The apartment is also nearby several smaller parks, markets, shops and restaurants, ensuring a comfortable stay in Madrid.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to a metro station.
- Weekly cleaning of communal areas is included in the rent.
- All bedrooms have comfortable beds.
- The open plan kitchen is fully equipped.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment building does not have an elevator.
