Rooms are to rent in a 90 m², 3-bedroom apartment in Carabanchel in Madrid. The apartment feels newly decorated with a spotless, modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances. This would make a charming and convenient home for anyone looking to relocate to the area.
Carabanchel is a busy residential area, known for its magnificent San Isidro celebrations in May and also home to the Palacio de Vistalegre, a major entertainment venue in the city. Close to the property you will find a Hiper Usera supermarket, ideal for last-minute purchases, as well as the Parque de San Isidro, perfect for sunny afternoon strolls.
