Neighborhood information

Tetuan: Tetuan, named after the Moroccan city which bears the same title, is one of the most culturally diverse districts of Madrid. The neighborhood is vibrant and as it is populated by many immigrants as well as Madrileños who have been here for generations! You can find many ethnic restaurants and stores in this district and, as you near the Paseo de la Castellana, you'll find yourself in the city's business area.

What we liked the most

  • The living area provides a comfortable space to relax outside of the rooms.
  • Both bedrooms to rent can be secured with an independent key.
  • The bathroom has tidy turquoise tiles and is equipped with a bathtub.
  • The kitchen comes with a good range of pots, pans, cooking utensils and small appliances.
  • Line 1 of the metro stops a short walk away and can take you into the city centre in about 10 minutes.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no television in the apartment.
  • The kitchen does not have an oven, but you will find a microwave and electric stove to cook your meals.
