What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is quite big and equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining including a stove, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, two fridges and a handy dishwasher.
  • The living area is large and pleasant, with nice wooden floors, modern white furniture and a small balcony overlooking an interior patio. There is a flat screen TV and a sofa where you can watch some movies or sports with your roommates.
  • The apartment has been refurbished and offers a modern kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Rent includes a convenient cleaning service so you will have more free time to explore this amazing city!

To pay on move in

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
