Situated near Ciudad Universitaria, makes this location popular among students looking to live near universities and Malasaña. This part of town is diverse and provides a varied selection of ethnic restaurants (including the fantastic The Little Big Café for brunch!), which makes international students and local students feel at home. It is filled with Cafe shops, from Lola’s cafe to Van Gogh cafe, and it is worth mentioning that this area is known for its student friendly prices.

What we liked the most

  • We love the airy, contemporary decor and wood floors.
  • There are 3 bathrooms.
  • Bedroom 2 has access to a balcony.
  • The location is perfect if you study at the Universidad Complutense or the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid - although it's a great place for anyone to live!
