Situated near Ciudad Universitaria, makes this location popular among students looking to live near universities and Malasaña. This part of town is diverse and provides a varied selection of ethnic restaurants (including the fantastic The Little Big Café for brunch!), which makes international students and local students feel at home. It is filled with cafés, from Lola’s cafe to Van Gogh cafe, and it is worth mentioning that this area is known for its student friendly prices.

What we liked the most

  • We love the beautiful terrace!
  • The big kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table is a great place to get to know your new flatmates.
  • The apartment is right next to Ciudad Universitaria, so students will be able to walk to class in minutes.
