Rooms are available for rent in a 12-bedroom shared apartment in the Central Zone of Madrid. All rooms come with a television, desk, lamp and a wardrobe. There are two communal areas, a kitchen that is fully equipped for the house capacity and a living area. The kitchen has sufficient space to socialise and relax with your friends or other housemates.

The property is located on Calle de Atocha in Madrid's Central Zone. The area is full of some of Madrid's most vibrant and popular tourist spots. It is also full of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gyms and pretty much anything you could ever need. The closest metro station is Antón Martín which is connected to line 1.

Please note that the A/C is centrally controlled and you will not be able to manually adjust it.

Special house rules:

  • Bed linen provided: yes, 2 sets (1 summer set, 1 winter set).
  • Overnight guests: €20 per person per day, to be approved beforehand
  • Cleaning of common areas to be done once a week by tenants.
  • Common areas are to be tidy at all times.
  • Recyclable trash should be emptied every night from 20:30 and onward.
  • Rent payments to be made during the first 5 days of every month.
  • No noise or loud music. After 20:00 music is only permitted while using headphones.
  • Any elements that can be dangerous, harmful or illegal (such as portable stoves or gas heaters) are not permitted.
  • Tenants are responsible for any damage to the property or the furniture.
  • Tenants who decide to leave earlier than expected are responsible for finding a replacement tenant or pay for the full stay.

Please bear in mind that the breach of the aforementioned rules will result in a warning or the termination of agreement.
