Located on Calle de Andres Mellado in Madrid's Chamberí district, this 5-bedroom apartment has both single- and double-bed rooms available to rent. Each bedroom comes with similar furniture (a bed, shelving, wardrobe, and TV) but has a unique color decor for added personality. The 95 m² apartment has 2 full bathrooms to share and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is in an ideal location for both students and professionals neighboring several university hospitals and the Ciudad Universitria. Less than a 15-minute walk away you have 2 metro stations and several shops. To satisfy your hunger, you also have traditional Spanish bars, fast food chains, and Asian restaurants nearby.
You home just outside the centre
Moncloa is a 15-minute walk from Malasaña, so it’s pretty central.
And if you’re a student, it’s the place to live. After all, it's as close as you can get to Ciudad Universitaria without living there. You can walk to all these temples of learning:
When you’re not studying, there are lots of shops, bars, and other awesomeness.
What can I do here?
Want to see Madrid from the sky? Of course you do.
Luckily, the Faro de Moncloa is a 110-metre-high tower with an observation deck. The glass elevator is on the outside. It shoots you up at 1.8 metres a second.
It costs €3 to go up. We’ll let you to decide if the views are worth it.
Hungry? The Little Big, The Van Gogh and The Toast are three of Madrid’s best brunch cafés. We’re talking peanut-butter-and-jelly pancakes, eggs Benedict and breakfast burritos. Yum.
At night head to nearby Malasaña, Chueca, or the city centre.
The majestic building next to the Intercambiador de Moncloa is the headquarters of the Spanish Air Force.
Can I afford it?
