Spotahome's opinion
55 m2 refurbished flat very close to the Carlos III University of Getafe. It has 4 rooms of different prices, bathroom, living room and kitchen. It has electric heating. 10 minutes from the train station Las Margaritas which is only 25 minutes from Atocha Renfe and 30 minutes from Sol station. Perfect for students and workers.
What we liked the most
- It's only a 5-minute walk to the Getafe Campus of Charles III University of Madrid.
- The decent-sized bedrooms are very affordable.
- The property is close to many restaurants and there are also a few different supermarkets and grocery stores.
- The relaxing Castilla-La Mancha park is within walking distance, and it's only a 15-minute drive to both Cerro de los Ángeles and to downtown Madrid.

- Bills: € 50 per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it
- Deposit is equal to a monthly rent plus monthly bills value and should be paid before check in with the admin fee y the 1st month bills.
- Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.

- There are multiple bus stops within walking distance, but the closest can be reached in 5 minutes.
- The nearest train station, Las Margaritas-Universidad, is only a 10-minute walk, and serves line C4.
