There are rooms for rent in this tidy 3-bedroom apartment with live-in landlord located on Calle de Galileo in central Moncloa. This 70 m² modern apartment includes a spacious living room, and well-appointed kitchen. There is a guest bedroom for any visitors, and this room also provides additional storage.
There is a supermarket just down the road from this apartment, and there are plenty of other shops so the essentials are all nearby. There are also a few restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a gym.
You home just outside the centre
Moncloa is a 15-minute walk from Malasaña, so it's pretty central.
And if you're a student, it's the place to live. After all, it's as close as you can get to Ciudad Universitaria without living there. You can walk to all these temples of learning:
Complutense de Madrid
Politécnica de Madrid
Pontificia de Salamanca
EOI Business school
When you're not studying, there are lots of shops, bars, and other awesomeness.
What can I do here?
Want to see Madrid from the sky? Of course you do.
Luckily, the Faro de Moncloa is a 110-metre-high tower with an observation deck. The glass elevator is on the outside. It shoots you up at 1.8 metres a second.
It costs €3 to go up. We'll let you to decide if the views are worth it.
Hungry? The Little Big, The Van Gogh, and The Toast are three of Madrid's best brunch cafés. We're talking peanut-butter-and-jelly pancakes, eggs Benedict, and breakfast burritos. Yum.
At night get thee to nearby Malasaña, Chueca, or the city centre.
The majestic building next to the Intercambiador de Moncloa is the headquarters of the Spanish Air Force. Flying high.
Can I afford it? €€ (mid-range)
