The lower floor consists of the kitchen, the living room which faces the balcony and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms and the second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful wood cabinetry and marble counter tops and everything you need is there, including a blender and a small table to enjoy a nice breakfast. Down the hallway is the spacious and very bright living room and a dining room table that seats 4 and where you can enjoy your meals. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this apartment would be the perfect place for you during your stay in Madrid.

The neighborhood around Calle Cabo de Creus is very quiet and residential but there are still plenty of services, amenities and transportation connections around. There is a municipal library just two blocks from the property, several green spaces and squares to relax in and a cute café and hair salon just right around the corner. Of course, there are plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, specialty shops and a cultural center where you can run errands in between your breaks from class or in the evenings. For a nice café con leche, try Café - Bar Mi Amigo, which is conveniently located across the connecting street before you head to class one morning.
