This 86 m², 6-bedroom apartment located in the upscale Guindalera district has fully furnished rooms available to rent. The rooms vary in size, but each comes fully furnished with a single or double bed, desk, and plenty of storage space. A top floor apartment, several rooms in the property come with skylight windows that let in plenty of light. The shared areas include the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboards and 2 full bathrooms.
On Calle Ardemans, the apartment is on a residential street but with plenty of amenities nearby. Just a few minutes' walk away you can find several restaurants, neighborhood shops, and even a cinema. Neighboring the Salamanca district, you are within walking distance of its famous shopping streets and delicious restaurants. There are several buses that stop nearby, and a metro stop only 3 minutes away.

- As a top floor apartment, the skylight windows let in plenty of natural light.

Things to keep in mind
- The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, so you must walk up one flight of stairs.
- Bedrooms 1-3 have slanted ceilings.
