Magnificent flat of 130 m2 approximately, located in Ciudad de los Ángeles (Madrid). It consists of 5 very bright rooms, a large living room, bathroom, storage room and kitchen. One of the rooms has its own bathroom. Gas central heating. Perfectly communicated with the bus lines 86 and 116. 10 minutes from the metro stop Villaverde Bajo-Cruce.
Cancellation policies
Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Landlord policies
Tenants between 18-33 years old only
- Bills: € 50 per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it
- Deposit is equal to a monthly rent plus monthly bills value and should be paid before check in with the admin fee y the 1st month bills.
- Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)
- Check-out: Monday to Sunday.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Parties are not allowed
- You need a letter of acceptance from the university or employment contract + ID or Passport.
- Weekly cleaning once a week
- 24/7 technical support. Night shifts: € 50 per emergency.
- Fully equipped kitchen, appliance + Kitchen utensils
- We do not give sheets or bedding, you can buy them with the Welcome Pack which is € 50 (sheets, pillows and covers to change + sport bag)
