This is a 12-bedroom apartment on Calle Ferraz in Madrid. It has twelve bedrooms, both singles and doubles, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living room, and the bonus of a washing machine too.

It is perfect for those who hate being alone. You'll always have someone to hang out with in this property which is basically like a student halls of residence. And everybody knows university is the best years of your life.
