There are rooms for rent in this tidy 70 m² apartment with 3-bedrooms and 1-bathroom on Calle Baleares in Carabanchel. You'll be sharing the common areas with the live-in landlord. These include the stylish living room with a sofa and TV, and the well-equipped kitchen which has an oven and a microwave as well as a window to let in some natural light and let out cooking smells.
If you want to get out and enjoy some of the summer sun you can always take a 20-minute walk to the nearby San Isidro Park - just don't forget to stop off at the nearby pharmacy first to grab some sunscreen! If you're looking for that perfect tourist snapshot why not visit the Puente de Toledo bridge instead.
Your classic Madrid hangout
Are you looking for the real Castilian Madrid?
Then Carabanchel is for you.

Restaurants, bars, sports, entertainment and shopping – you have lots to see and do here.
Spanish traditions call, call you to Carabanchel.
What can I do here?

The Islazul shopping centre has good ... shopping.
Watch a show at Palacio Vistalegre. It hosts bands like The Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Supertramp. You have to pay for that though, sorry.
