This charming 100m² apartment has a sunny equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and direct access to the interior patio, while the spacious living room is comfortably furnished.
Located in Villaverde, you will be right near the Villaverde Bajo-Cruce Metro station, which is on line 3 of the Metro. There are plenty of buses in the area as well, so you can always get where you need to go. Don't feel like taking public transport? There are plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has everything you need to cook and has a modern style with lots of storage space.
- Forgot some spices for tonight's dinner? The nearest supermarket is only 6 minutes away by walking.
- If you don't feel like cooking at home, there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
- There is an extra storage closet in by the bathroom, so you can separately store your cleaning supplies.
- The living room is super spacious and has a big, sunny window.
- All the service amenities you would need are nearby, including a post office, pharmacy, bank, and gym.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 bathroom in this 4-bedroom apartment, but it is quite spacious and has a good amount of light.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 didn't have beds at the time of our visit - but single beds will be provided!
